CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

We are generally working based on AGBH 2006, but we made some changes in our cancellation fees for your benefits:

• Upon cancellation afterwards or not showing up to arranged arrival: 90%
• Up to 2nd day prior to arranged arrival: no refund
• Special cancellation fees when group or all inclusive booking

On your arrival day, the room will be reserved for you from 15:00-18:00. Please call us if you are late. Please kindly leave the room until 11:00 on departure day.
