  • When can I check in?
    Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to safely store your luggage until your room is ready.

  • What time is check-out?
    Check-out is available until 11:00 AM. Depending on availability, we also offer a late check-out option for a more relaxed departure.

  • Can I store my luggage before or after my stay?
    Yes, of course! We provide complimentary luggage storage for all guests, allowing you to enjoy your time in Mondsee without worry.

Transfers & Transportation Options

  • Are there parking options at the hotel?
    Yes! Guests can park for free at the public Nord parking lot, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Additionally, we offer underground parking spaces for €15 per night. For electric vehicles, there are two e-charging stations available in the garage for €35 per night.

  • Does the hotel provide airport transfers?
    Yes! We are happy to arrange an airport transfer through our trusted partners. Please contact us in advance of your arrival and departure to ensure smooth coordination.
  • How can I reach the hotel by public transport?
    The bus terminal in Mondsee is only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Our reception team is happy to provide up-to-date schedules. Guests also receive a free Guest Mobility Ticket, allowing them to explore the surrounding area environmentally friendly. Upon request, we can send the ticket to you before your arrival.

  • Can I rent bicycles or e-bikes?
    Yes! City bikes and our E-Twizy electric vehicle are available free of charge. E-bikes and e-scooters can also be rented for a fee.

  • Where can I park my own bicycle?
    A secure bicycle parking area is available at the hotel.

    Our rooms range from comfortable Superior Double Rooms to Family Suites, Junior and Executive Suites, and even special Event Duplex Suites. For a particularly exclusive experience, we offer six individually designed suites: Almeida, Odilo, Tassilo, Benedikt, Fürstin Wrede, and Mondsee.

  • Is there a minibar in the room?
    We are committed to sustainability: our minibars are gradually being reduced to conserve resources and support an eco-friendly stay at Schlosshotel Mondsee.

  • Are towels and bathrobes provided?
    Yes, of course! Both are provided in your room for your comfort.

  • Is the breakfast buffet included, and what are the breakfast hours?
    Yes, the breakfast buffet is included in your room rate. It is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Sunday and public holidays until 12:00 AM.

  • Are pets allowed?
    Yes, dogs are very welcome. A surcharge of €18 per night applies.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?
    Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. After that, a cancellation fee of 90% of the room rate will be charged.
    You are also welcome to contact us — subject to availability, we are happy to reschedule your stay within the booked season at no additional cost.

  • Can I organize celebrations at the hotel?
