  • Flexible arrangement of cancellation – goodwill at change of reservation
    You have to cancel or rebook your vacation? A free cancellation 7 days before your arrival is possible. Then we will charge 90% of the room rate.
  • You can also contact us to find another date for your stay within the booked season if available.
  • Direct booking bonus from 2 nights
    From a stay of 2 nights, we discount you the number of days of your stay in percentage from your invoice. (E.g. at a stay of 2 nights you get a price reduction of 2%, at a stay of 6 nights you get a price reduction of 6%). No validity for a booking with arrangements.
  • Free upgrade depending on availability
    If you conduct a direct booking we can grant you a free upgrade at your arrival in our hotel to the next level of the booked category of your room if available.
  • Available at the current situation
    When booking through third parties sometimes it is not possible to book all categories or contingents could be exhausted. From our reception you receive an overview of all room categories and their current availability.
  • Check-in & Check-out
    Depending on the booking situation you are able to move into your room before 3 pm or have the possibility to take a Late Check-out until 2 pm at your day of departure. Please inform us about such actions.
  • Salzkammergut-Card
    Make advantage of the usage of the Salzkammergut-Card and enjoy price reductions for many offers and activities in the Salzkammergut. If you stay in our hotel 3 nights or longer you can receive this card at no charge at the reception.
