The Double Rooms and Junior Suites can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child up to 6 years of age, with one additional bed available. For larger families or groups, we recommend booking one of our Event Duplex Suites or Family Suites.
Check-in & Check-out Times
Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and is available until 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage at our reception and explore the beautiful surroundings of Mondsee.
For a relaxed departure day, a late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. You are also welcome to use our wellness area before or after check-out, allowing you to enjoy your stay to the fullest right up until the last moment.

That’s why dogs are very welcome at our hotel! We charge €18.00 per dog per night for the additional cleaning, including a dog bowl and treats.

With a Dog at Lake Mondsee
Dogs are very welcome! From January 1, 2027, we charge €22.00 per dog per night for the additional cleaning, including a dog bowl and treats.

- Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival; thereafter, a 30% cancellation fee applies.
- Up to 7 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee; thereafter, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Up to 3 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee; thereafter, a 90% cancellation fee applies.
For direct bookings: If the original date no longer suits you, you may change your booking once, free of charge, to a new date within the following 3 months. Please note that once the booking has been rescheduled, it can no longer be cancelled.
